Our digital menu choice request contains a unique PIN number. Please enter this PIN number when completing the Menu Choices form below (Hint: this is the same code we sent you with our wedding invitations).

Can we please ask that each guest completes the form individually. This is so our wedding caterers know each of your choices individually. For those of you with specific allergies, these have already been taken into consideration when creating our menu.
